Refund Policy

You can try every feature free during the trial before paying, so please make sure EdgeJournal works with your broker's files first.

Lifetime licence

• If the software cannot read your broker's statements and we cannot fix it, we refund you in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunded licences are deactivated.

Monthly licence

• You can stop any time; the licence simply ends after the paid month.
• If you were charged by mistake, contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.

How to ask

Contact with your device ID and payment reference. Refunds are returned by the same method you paid with, where possible.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
